Responsible for planogram and/or fixture build subject matter expertise, understanding store scope, and retail systems to execute planograms with accuracy and excellence. Experience with power tools, extensive understanding of building gondola walls, skating aisles, installation and leveling fixtures. Able to support site leaders with training, and leading teams. Excellent communication skills are a must.

A base knowledge of retail project work including completing planogram and fixture builds, loading and unloading materials, and stocking and merchandising products. Passion to execute with accuracy and excellence. Able to support site leaders with any planogram, fixture build, and project clean up. An open-minded, critical thinker is required. Excellent communicator is a must.

Provides project support to site leaders including but not limited to people training, project management best practices, and planogram/fixture expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expectations of the customer. Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and project teams. Experience with leading teams, navigating conflict, critical planning, scope of work documents, and reporting. Excellent communication skills are a must.
